In Full Bloom

A little round up of this year's spring blooms. I must say spring arrived so late and has been the coldest I can remember since I've been here, in the States. I guess this delay made us appreciate the beauty of the spring season even more. So here we go -- a mix of various blossoms and greenery in Georgetown and around DC, and the unknown fruits and fairy-tale flower installations at Longwood Gardens which we visited back in March. They had the Orchid Extravaganza going on at that time which was spectacular! I strongly encourage my Maryland, Virginia and DC readers (and everyone else of course!) to visit this gorgeous place. It will take your breath away, I promise! It's about 2 hour drive from DC.

Hello, loves! It's been a while, hasn't it? So many things happened in the last couple of weeks. One of them is our move to a new place. Though we still miss our lovely apartment, the new place feels like home already. I love the abundance of natural light in the house and our sunny backyard. And guess what? I already started planting some of the flowers there :) Oh, have you noticed - I cut my hair! Honestly, this haircut was much needed.

Let's Talk Business

Hello-hello! Hope you are having a good Monday. Mine is quite crazy considering that I was planning to publish this post a few hours ago, but had to run out the door before I even finished it.
